These kits contain everything you need to assemble your own Viper 5, 5X or 5XT Hovercraft. The kit is ideal for those who want one of our production hovercraft, but who are on a budget. You are saving between $4,000 - $5,500 depending on the model. You will still need to have around 80 - 100 hours of spare time to complete the assembly.

The kit is supplied as a bare hull with steering system, electrical system, fuel system, control systems, gunwale, seat coverings and general hull fittings, supplied in parts. You will need to make your own skirts with the material and template provided. The power module (engine, drive, fan and duct) is assembled and pre fitted to the hull. You will need to assemble and weld the exhaust system and (all parts and material is included). Some light gluing is required. No need to fibreglass anything.

Each kit contains detailed instructions for both assembly and operation. It also contains a Operators manual, Engine manual and enough skirt material to make 15 extra skirts. The kit builder may contact me with any questions throughout the assembly.

Availability and payment details:

Like our production hovercraft, the kits are fabricated to order. The kit is usually ready for dispatch 5 - 7 weeks upon order (Depending on model and options ordered, and existing order commitments). A 50% deposit is required for Viper 5 Kits. 70% deposit is required for Viper 5X and 5XT kits. Final payment is required prior the pick up or shipment.

Packing, shipping and pick up.

Shipment via road transport ex factory - A $500 packing fee applies.
Shipment via sea - F.O.B. costs ex Sydney port, 1 x 20' container is cost is AU$1,500 minimum.
Owner pick up - Please consider purchasing one of our trailers to ease this process. There is no packing fee if the unit is picked up in parts from our factory.
